With **screen printing or embroidery**, the print will last for at least 20 washes. After 20 washes, the print may begin to fade in colour. In the case of **full colour print (DTG)**, the design will last at least 10 washes and can become less vibrant, especially with light fabrics. The above is applicable if you strictly adhere to the washing instructions for the different types of printing.

Design guidelines

Use CMYK as the colour mode.: Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.
Convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts.: Make sure you convert fonts to outlines or embed all the fonts when saving it to PDF.
Fonts should be at least 25 pt.: Fonts should be at least 25 pt.
Keep 20 mm safety margin.: Keep all important text and images at least 20 mm away from the edge of the finished size.
Check your artwork for overprint.: Make sure no elements in your artwork are set on overprint unless you want this effect in your design. You can read more about overprint in our Help Centre.
Resolution of at least 150 dpi.: Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.

Which production techniques do we use?

For the production of Pillows, we use the following technique(s):
Sublimation: With this technique, the printing is carried out at a high temperature, where the eco-friendly water based ink seeps directly into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.
Textile Printing: This technique utilises water-based pigment inks to produce stunning prints on cloth with crisp details and vibrant colours. With a printing resolution of up to 600 dpi, our prints are of the highest quality and sure to impress.

Which carriers are used for the delivery?

For the delivery of Pillows, we use our most reliable carriers which, in most cases, are UPS or DPD.

We also use DHL and our own courier service. However, these carriers are only used for certain products (depending on the size, the turnaround and the quantity).

What are the washing instructions?

To wash the cover (without filling), it's best to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees without using any chlorine or bleach. Avoid dry cleaning and instead, wash it inside out for best results.
To make sure your product remains looking brand new, follow these washing instructions. Also make sure you pay attention to the washing instructions on the care label.
