The **Classic 110 gsm** flag canvas boasts a subtle, glossy appearance that is sure to catch the eye of anyone passing by on busy streets, making it ideal for advertising purposes. This material will be printed single sided. Due to this material being 95% transparent you will see your design on both sides, where the design on one side will be mirrored. The **Banner 610 gsm** features a blockout capability and double-sided printing, ensuring that your message is always clear and visible from both sides, without any of the print from one side shining through. This material will be printed on both sides. It is possible to print two different designs on each side. The front and back of the double-sided kiosk flag are not completely identical. Please allow for a slight deviation.

The lifespan of the flags is **3 to 4 months with intensive outdoor use**. You can extend the life of the flags by bringing them in from time to time in the cases of bad weather.

With the Shop Flags from Quinnstheprinters, you can decorate your storefront and make a lasting impression with your message. You can choose from three different sizes and materials, with Blockout PVC being printable on both sides to prevent any show-through. For single-sided printing, we use RPET or Longlife material, allowing the print to be visible in reverse on the back side.

Resolution of at least 150 dpi.

Make sure the resolution of the images and graphics in your artwork are at least 150 dpi.

Use CMYK as the colour mode.

Prepare your files using CMYK as the colour mode, not RGB. Use colourmode FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2). If you are unsure of the colour mode of your file, don't worry we can always convert this for you. Keep in mind this can cause the colours to differ from the original file.

Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats.

Save your files in uneditable, print-ready file formats (PDF (1.4 or higher), TIFF, EPS, JPG). Deliver your files in one layer: the background layer.

If you want your product to be cut to a custom shape, you will have to add it as a vector shape on top of your design. Make sure the width of the stroke is 1 pt, the colour is a 100% magenta spot and named "cutcontour". You only need to add one contour line. If you want us to adjust it for you, please send the custom shape on a separate page in the desired position.

Please note that bleed is still needed for custom shaped designs, meaning your design must go at least 5 mm past the contour cut line.

Which production techniques do we use?

For the production of Shop Flags, we use the following technique(s):
UV-print: The product is printed with eco-friendly UV ink, which is immediately cured with a UV light. Curing ensures that the wet ink doesn't spread once printed, offering sharper quality prints.
Sublimation: With this technique, the printing is carried out at a high temperature, where the eco-friendly water based ink seeps directly into the material. The material remains flexible and is waterproof.

What is the fastest possible turnaround?

The fastest possible turnaround varies depending on the specifications you select, and will always be stated at the bottom of the page. To make sure that your order is delivered at the indicated time, it is important that we receive your file with your design for the product by the stated cut-off time. This way, the product can be moved into production promptly.
Please note: The delivery date shifts a day every time the deadline for submission has passed. This is also the case if the file is rejected by us and corrected artwork isn't submitted before the next cut-off time.

Which carriers are used for the delivery?

For the delivery of Shop Flags, we use our most reliable carriers which, in most cases, are UPS or DPD.
We also use DHL and our own courier service. However, these carriers are only used for certain products (depending on the size, the turnaround and the quantity).

I can't find the product I'm looking for. Can I request a quotation?

The Shop Flags chosen in most cases can be selected via our website.
If your material type, weight, quantity, size or other specification is not listed, you can request a quotation. We aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
Depending on the complexity, this can take a bit longer.
